Privacy Policy

Last updated July 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Peachy collects, why, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it plain. If something isn’t clear, email support@pchy.app.

What we collect

  • Your phone number, which you use to sign in and which identifies you to people who have you in their contacts.
  • Your profile — the display name you choose, and an email address if you provide one.
  • Your messages and their content, which we store so we can deliver them and show you your history.
  • Contacts you choose to sync, used only to connect you with people you already know who are on Peachy.
  • Device information needed to send notifications, such as push tokens, plus basic technical logs to keep the service running.

How your messages are handled

To be clear about what Peachy is today: your messages are stored on our servers in a form we can read, so we can deliver them, keep your history, and operate features like search and triage on your behalf. Peachy is not end-to-end encrypted. Don’t use it for information you need to keep secret from the people operating the service.

How we use information

  • to run the service — sign-in, delivering messages, notifications;
  • to connect you with contacts who are already on Peachy;
  • to keep the service secure, reliable, and free of abuse;
  • to build and improve features.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate Peachy — for example, an SMS provider to text you sign-in codes and Apple/browser push services to deliver notifications — and only as needed for those tasks. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you sign out we end that session. You can delete your account at any time from within the app — this removes your profile and clears the messages you sent — and we’ll remove your data except where we’re required to keep something by law.

Your choices

  • You control whether to sync your contacts.
  • You can turn notifications on or off.
  • You can delete your account, and its data, at any time from the app.
  • You can also ask us to access or correct your data by emailing support@pchy.app.

Children

Peachy isn’t intended for people under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as Peachy evolves, and we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know about material changes.
